Our Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout release starts on Friday at 11am and we have four varieties again this year. As a bonus this year we also have four Wisconsin made liquors that can be paired with any of these beers. Or if you're not that into beers, can be had solo. ?? Options include:

 

Black on Black [Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, 11% abv] - dark, smooth and slightly sweet stout aged in Willett Bourbon barrels.

- Suggested sipper: Wollersheim Distillery Two Mile Bourbon (Prairie du Sac, WI)

 

Maple Thunder [Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, 11% abv] - a big stout aged in barrels that once held maple syrup for a sweet finish.

- Suggested sipper: Wollersheim Distillery Apple Brandy (Prairie du Sac, WI)

 

Rye Thunder [Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, 11% abv] - imperial stout aged in a 10yr Templeton Rye barrel for a peppery and slightly spicy experience.

- Suggested sipper: 45th Parallel Distillery New Richmond Rye (New Richmond, WI)

 

Double Thunder [Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, 11% abv] - aged twice, so its really nice. Willett Bourbon then a Jim Beam toasted oak barrel. Super smooth and doubly delicious.
