Our next special dinner theme is Breakfast for Dinner! It will be held on Wednesday, October 27 at 6pm at our Fitchburg location.
Menu:
1st course - Steak and Eggs
Tartare of beef with mushrooms, arugula, fresh herbs, Egg yolk. Served with house made crackers and love lots of love.
2nd course - Spanish Tortilla
Confit potato and egg served with a saffron aioli and pimento peppers.
3rd course - Shrimp and Grits
Shrimp cooked in a brandied cream sauce served over creamy polenta with seasonal vegetable “succotash” and finished with fresh herbs.
4th course - Pancakes and Bacon
House cured and braised pork belly, southern style Johnny cakes, Apple and fennel gremolata, finished with jus and herbs.
5th course - Milk and Honey
Goat cheese panna cotta with lavender and local honey, house made granola, macerated fruit, fresh herbs.
