DESCRIPTION:Our next special dinner theme is Breakfast for Dinner! It will be held on Wednesday\, October 27 at 6pm at our Fitchburg location. \n\n\n\nMenu:\n\n\n\n1st course - Steak and Eggs  \n\n\n\nTartare of beef with mushrooms\, arugula\, fresh herbs\, Egg yolk.  Served with house made crackers and love lots of love.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n2nd course - Spanish Tortilla\n\n\n\nConfit potato and egg served with a saffron aioli and pimento peppers.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n3rd course - Shrimp and Grits  \n\n\n\nShrimp cooked in a brandied cream sauce served over creamy polenta with seasonal vegetable "succotash" and finished with fresh herbs.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n4th course - Pancakes and Bacon\n\n\n\nHouse cured and braised pork belly\, southern style Johnny cakes\, Apple and fennel gremolata\, finished with jus and herbs.\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n5th course - Milk and Honey\n\n\n\nGoat cheese panna cotta with lavender and local honey\, house made granola\, macerated fruit\, fresh herbs.
