We provide everything you need to be successful: in depth initial training so you feel confident/comfortable working on guests, continual guidance if questions arise throughout your career as well as any additional training needed or requested, onsite owners and department managers to be there to support you and help you grow, a top notch administrative team to help schedule guests and assist you in any way possible, all the supplies, linens and equipment you need as well as the reputation of a superior and professional business to work with.
Qualifications:
Must have State of WI Massage License.
Must be reliable, professional, friendly and responsible.
Prefer to have therapeutic massage background but we can train you
Must understand Kinesiology and have excellent communication and writing skills.
Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends (every other weekend is required or every Sat w/ Sun off).
Training in Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone Massage, Cranio sacral, and computer skills a plus, but not required.
Availability:
Part Time or Full Time positions available. Each shift contains a 30 minute paid set-up and clean-up time. All massage appointments have a 15 minute paid turn-around time built in (i.e. a 60 minute massage is booked for 75 minutes)
Days, Evenings & e/o weekend hours available. We are very flexible and can work with your schedule.
Compensation: $32K-65K/year
Starting pay is based on experience/skill, and all team members are paid a guaranteed hourly wage whether performing massage services, training or helping the team. You should expect to receive at least $20-$25+ per hour to start which includes gratuities received from guests. This average hourly pay DOES include any time you are not servicing guests as well. You are paid for every minute that you are punched in, not just when performing services.
Pay increases are given during Annual Performance Reviews and are also possible throughout the year which is based on monthly Performance Goals. This enables you to give yourself a raise outside of the Annual Performance Reviews.
