Staybridge Suites is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with proven experience in outside sales and collaboration sales strategies. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to negotiate effectively and develop innovative sales strategies that align with market demands.
Duties
- Administrative paperwork as directed for contracts
- Enter blocks
- Write group agreements
- Write BEO's in detail
- Inside and outside sales
- Answer phone call inquiries
- Facilitate in-house events
- Work with AGM on operational handling of sales events
- Tour potential groups and guests
- Work with maintenance to ensure smooth event setups
- Book meeting space and catering events
- Prospect for new business
- Work toward team goals
- Exceed YOY performance
- Communicate sales events and goals with all staff
- Maintain client relationships
- Review client billing and A/R
Requirements
- 10+ Years Experience as a Hotel Director of Sales OR 5+ Years Experience as a Hotel Director of Sales along with an Associates Degree.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience with a CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A collaborative mindset that promotes teamwork across departments.
Job Type: Full-time, pay ranging from $65,000-$75,000. Bonus depending on experience level.
