Job Summary
Join our team as a Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills help create memorable guest experiences. In this role, you will mix and serve beverages, assist with light food prep, and maintain a clean, welcoming bar environment. This is a laid-back indoor golf simulator venue featuring a full bar and events.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using the Toast POS system
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and drive sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following all food safety and handling standards
- Handle cash and process transactions responsibly
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients to support smooth operations during busy shifts
- Prepare simple food items such as pretzels, popcorn, and pizza (limited menu)
- Manage time effectively while handling multiple guests or golf simulators
Hours are flexible and range from 4pm -11pm Monday-Friday. Ideal candidate can work 2-3 shifts per week. Hourly wage plus tips.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast experience a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service
- Experience in the hospitality or food service industry preferred
