Drive-Thru Job Fair
Join us at the Drive Thru Job Fair to explore companies that are hiring while remaining in your car! Registration is not required but registrations will be used to provide links to participating employers.
We want to help you with your job search and want to keep you safe!
- You won't need to exit your car.
- You'll receive a bag with positions available at local companies that are hiring now!
- When you arrive, follow the traffic flow and wait patiently while others are being served
- Once you pull up to the area to receive your bag, please open your trunk from inside your car. Volunteers will close it for you after providing you with materials. For those with trucks or without a trunk, upon arrival please have your back window unlocked and opened.
- Once you receive materials, please exit the pick up area and allow the next vehicle to be served.

- If you have available positions, you will need to provide 500 one-page recruitment flyers for your company. Your one-page document can be printed on one or both sides, 8.5×11” in size; only one page per company!

- The deadline for dropping off your information is: July 8, 2020, 3:00 p.m.
- The location for dropping off information is: Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin – 3513 Anderson Street, Suite 104, Madison, WI. Hours: 8 AM to 4:30 PM. There will be a table set up upon entry for social distancing and safety. Please have recruitment flyers in a bag, place your company name on the outside of the bag, and drop it on the table inside the door.
- Your one-page document will be inserted into a bag
- Staff collating bags will be wearing gloves and masks
- Each car attending the Drive Thru Job Fair will be given one bag
