On Friday, August 13th, 2021 from 12:00 PM - 2 PM, the Social Good Summit will offer an engaging, panel session on, Race and Entrepreneurship. Our goal is to focus "how entrepreneurial ecosystems respond to the call for diversity, equity, and inclusion without harming active and aspiring BIPOC entrepreneurs.
It has been a trying, frustrating, last few years. From the pandemic and its devasting effects on lives, livelihood, and business to the readily, more visible, effects of racism captured by video, data, increased commentary, and more. There has been so much harm done to black, brown, indigenous, people of color communities, especially across genders.
This session will move people and programs with 'good intentions' from just trying to help to 'viable actions' that actually support black, brown, indigenous, people of color, especially across genders. Join the conversations or just listen.
