Join BBQ master Aubrey Freeman in the Kasieta Center for another year of sharing recipes and techniques to create a "smoke-tastic" feast for your next tailgate or Thanksgiving dinner. In this class you will learn how to: - Make perfectly paired sides and apps like their award-winning bacon baked beans and kid-favorite mac & cheese. - Trim, rub, and time the preparation of traditional BBQ mains. - Cook a mouthwatering smoked turkey breast for the holidays.
