Rosé – no longer your grandmother’s blush wine. Dry rose is serious stuff: it drinks like a red wine but you chill it like a white.? Is it the ultimate patio pounder?? Or is it the gateway to delicious hedonism for those of us who usually just drink red?? Whatever your motive, come to the festival and explore some of the best rosés available in Wisconsin!

With summer breezes and porch sitting comes the inclination to drink wines that are cool and crisp, yet still offer more than simple quaffability.? Sparkling to still, bright pink to salmon to onion-skin in color, some with a bare hint of sweetness and some bone-dry: These roses from around the world are highly enjoyable. Get behind the cork (or screwcap) and find out how regional differences dictate the grapes in the blend, the method of production and the perfect pairings for the myriad styles of rose available.

On Saturday, June 1st, we will be opening 40 different Rosés (the collection will be curated to each of our locations).? If you have never tasted Rosé before, now is the best time to explore.?
