Living with Parkinson's disease or supporting someone who does can be challenging—but you don't have to navigate the journey alone.

Join The Courtyard at Fitchburg Assisted Living & Memory Care for their monthly Parkinson's & Movement Disorder Support Groups, held on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 1:00 p.m. Two separate groups meet simultaneously, providing dedicated support for both individuals living with Parkinson's or a movement disorder and their caregivers or care partners.

For Individuals with Parkinson's or a Movement Disorder:

• Facilitated group with guided activities and conversation
• Opportunities to share experiences and challenges
• Meaningful peer support in a welcoming environment

• Guided discussion led by the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA)
• A safe space to discuss challenges, successes, and everyday experiences
• Practical advice, encouragement, and support from others on a similar journey
