Join Rachel Glaza, owner of Amalgam Design and Bakery, for a fun class on rainbow fillings and decorations! You’ll taste test some delicious fruit + herb fillings you can use in cakes, cupcakes, and (of course), macarons. You’ll also learn how to make simple and effective decorations to enhance your baking and decorating, including homemade sprinkles.
Students will be provided tools, recipes, instructions, and ingredients to practice as well as some tasty macarons to enjoy during the class. All skills and abilities are welcome!
While these cookies are naturally gluten-free, some of the filling ingredients may have gluten or wheat as they are produced in a kitchen that is not allergen-free. Macarons are made with almonds and fillings may contain nuts or other allergens. Folks with allergies or sensitivities are encouraged to reach out with questions before registering.
