Local luminary Chef Sami will be crafting a 5-course French dinner at Four Winds Farm. His last dinner at Four Winds was a great success and his local following has been eagerly anticipating his return. This dinner will feature beverage pairings selected by Jay Hutchinson, former head sommelier of Michelin-starred restaurant Ai Fiori in New York, who now serves as the marketing director at Four Winds.
Dinner seating at Four Winds Farm is communal.
Menu is predetermined so we are unable to accommodate any allergy restrictions/dietary preferences.
$200 per person includes a 5-course meal with beverage pairings, gratuity, & tax.
