Baby & Me Yoga

A sweet summertime yoga practice for you and your baby!

This 4-week circle is open to anyone caring for a baby, but the yoga will be tailored to the postpartum momma's body. Meagan will incorporate her own yoga, massage therapy and maternal wisdom to curate time for you to move and dance a little, breathe, do self-massage and bond with your baby. This class is reserved for babies that are not yet crawling, scooting, or walking.
