Delta is proud to present their next Art Gallery installation! They choose different artists from the community to highlight and showcase in their new gallery space.
Join Delta on Friday, January 24 starting at 5 pm for Kate Forer's gallery showing and reception. Kate will be in the taproom for a meet and greet and have art for sale.
A little about the artist:
"Kate Forer is an artist based out of Madison, Wisconsin. Originally from Carbondale, IL, Forer has exhibited work nationally and received their MFA from University of Wisconsin - Madison in May 2024. Forer uses many types of media, including drawing, sculpture, textiles, and anything that seems necessary to explore whatever ideas they are currently hung up on.

Forer finds inspiration in interesting anecdotes, wikipedia rabbit holes, reddit flame wars, passionate lectures by experts, commercials playing louder than their surrounding programming, and whatever can hold their attention for longer than a minute. 21st century American life can be defined by a bombardment of information, and Forer sees their art practice as a sponge in the kitchen sink of life. You gotta wring it out sometimes."
