Wisconsin Management Company (WMC) has been providing Property Management services in and around the Fitchburg area since 1977. We specialize in market rate and all types of affordable housing. We are based in Madison and oversee services for over 6,000 units in Wisconsin and northern Illinois. We pride ourselves on positive attitude and accountability, treating others as we wish to be treated, with an eye on the bottom line and attention to detail for curb appeal, expense control and asset preservation. We are active in new lease ups, construction and rehabs of existing communities.
