The Limerick Apartments and Townhomes is currently under construction with an estimated completion date of July, 2022. This 127 unit property is located in Fitchburg's Uptown Neighborhood. 100 of the units will be Senior affordable apartments and there will be 27 townhomes for families. The project will incorporate many green features including a 125KW PV solar system and Bio retention basins to keep stormwater out of the wetlands. Tenants will enjoy underground parking, free internet, energy efficient appliances, and beautifully appointed units and community rooms.
