The Cesta

About Us

The Cesta is a vibrant 55+ Life Plan community being developed by the non-profit company Illuminus. The community will include luxury apartments and amenities and offer a continuum of care.

The community will span 3 acres and will include 124 independent living apartments and 60 assisted living accommodations with memory care specializations.

Unlike anything in Madison, The Cesta will combine elegance, fine dining, luxury apartments and amenities while staying rooted in the multigenerational neighborhood, Terravessa. Open community spaces, urban farming, sustainability and inclusivity are key to this design.
