About Us
The Fitchburg Public Library is a resource to everyone in the area. Books, movies, music, and audio books are available for check out as well as Kindles, Rokus and puzzles! The adults, teens and kids programming is superb and offers something for everyone. Teens have their own space in the library with books, gaming systems and computers.
The Children’s Library features a storytime room, a play and learn area provided by the Friends of the Fitchburg Library and computers that promote early literacy skills. You can also enjoy a picture book and a walk at our Story Walk, located at McKee Farms Park!
Group study rooms and study pods are available as well as a quiet reading room with a cozy fireplace and a living room with lounge chairs and study tables. Two meeting rooms are available for community groups and businesses to use free of charge.
