Having practiced for over 10 years\, I'm passionate about bringing yoga to different places in the community (such as Delta Beer Lab) in order to expose more people to its mental and physical benefits. You can expect to not take anything too seriously in my classes\, which are accessible for all levels and abilities. I strongly believe there is no "good" or "bad" at yoga\;  there is only the act of cultivating kindness towards oneself."\n\n\n\nCost is $15 plus tax and includes a 60 minute yoga session and a beverage of your choice. All attendees are asked to bring a yoga mat.
