Expect pale Provencal classics with strawberry and citrus peel\, deeper ros s with watermelon rind and savory herbs\, and crisp Alpine pinks with bright\, clean lift.\n\nBut rose is only the beginning. We will also pour summer wines that shine with a chill: Txakolina from the Basque coast\, lightly sparkling pet nats\, lively Lambrusco\, razor fresh whites from coastal and mountain vineyards and a few carefully chosen chillable reds.\n\nScores of wines will be open to taste\, with special pricing on all wines tasted.
