Enjoy the peaceful farm setting and start your week the best way possible with one of these choices:\n\n\n\n5:00PM: Slow Flow yoga is a steadily paced\, mindful modality that incorporates breathwork with focused powerful movements. This class will build strength\, energize your body\, increasing flexibility + range of motion through deep stretches. Each session includes foundational yoga poses\, with special attention to balance\, breath and alignment through longer holds. Come break a sweat! She aims to help you build a sustainable movement practice that includes pleasure\, inspiration and creativity.\n\n\n\nCorePower Yoga Chicago is where she received training and certification through Yoga Alliance. That was enough for big city life. She's more at home on the farm with her horse or out in the woods with her dogs and family.\n\n\n\nBefore yoga\, she completed the 750-hour program at Lakeside School of Massage Therapy\, graduated from UW- La Crosse\, and worked briefly in the enlisted ranks of the US Army.\n\n\n\nHer wish is to guide you through sequences that create strength\, relieve pain and remind you of your good heart. She believes yoga leads us to community through harmony.
