In this session\, Zach Seaborne will cover two different techniques for bed cultivation: wood chips and compost. Participants will learn which mushrooms are applicable for each technique\, as well as site selection\, substrate preparation\, and when and how to inoculate. Mushroom beds are easy to create\, approachable for all ages\, and good for your environment.\n\n\n\n*Fee: $37.50 (includes tax). Space is limited.\n\n\n\nPlease dress appropriately (including foot ware) for the weather and for working outdoors. Participants will be walking from the barn to the outdoor site (approximately 1000 ft).
