DESCRIPTION:A Principal Experience provides a wide variety of community leaders with a hands-on opportunity to experience the rewards as well as the challenges Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) principals\, teachers\, and students face on a daily basis. Participants   our Principal Partners   spend the morning at their assigned schools\, then Principal Partners and their host principals convene for a lunch and program at the Alliant Energy Center\, joined by the MMSD leadership team.
